Bringing women together in the Denver metro area to sweat, connect and leave with new friends

In 2021, after moving cross-country without knowing a single person in Denver, I found myself looking for ways to meet new people and make friends. When I realized I wasn’t alone in my desire to make meaningful connections, I had a simple idea. What if I created a community where women could make friends in a healthy, safe, and fun way? That fall, Denver Fit Friends (DenFit for short) was born. Now, several years and more than 25 events later, this amazing community has grown into a network of over 2,500 women who connect in our private group chat and come together regularly to sweat and connect.

Holiday Walk in Cherry Creek

Join us a for our final DenFit event of 2025! We're partnering up with our friends at Cherry Creek North to bring you a fun, festive and FREE Holiday Walk & Shop experience on Saturday, November 22nd. A content creator with a love for finding simple ways to make the everyday feel more joyful. What once started as a blog documenting my twenties as a yoga teacher and digital strategist in NYC, has slowly evolved into a space dedicated to soft wellness, cozy rituals, and seasonal joys. I’m so thankful to be able to share my life through all its seasons and my hope is always to help you find ways to slow down, prioritize your wellbeing and celebrate the little moments. These days you can find me in Colorado, either at home with my husband, baby girl, and two senior rescue pups or out leading a wellness event for my community, Denver Fit Friends. END OF SUMMER SCULPT PARTY

We teamed up with our friends at Lilybod and Pvolve to bring our gals a fun end of summer workout with Truvani swag, vendor experiences and matching outfits.

We kicked off FPmovement’s first Denver walk club with our DenFit crew during two walks in RiNo followed by sips and snacks in store.

Petals & Pages bookstore hosted us for a galentine’s morning of meditation led by Mel, journaling, flower making and Pop & Bottle lattes.

HYATT ROOFTOP YOGA

The DenFit girls enjoyed a vinyasa yoga session led by Mel on a gorgeous rooftop in downtown Denver followed by mimosas and mingling.

We teamed up with F45 for a fun, high intensity circuit workout with energy drinks and swag from GORGIE.

SWIFTIE SCULPT AT COREPOWER

To celebrate the Eras Tour weekend in Denver, we teamed up with Corepower for a Swiftie inspired hot yoga sculpt class with themed outfits, friendship bracelets and a playlist of our fav T-Swift hits.

SCULPT X SMOOTHIES WITH TOASTIQUE

To celebrate the limited edition DenFit smoothie release at Toastique, we hosted an outdoor pilates class followed by toast flights and smoothies.

GALENTINE’S RIDE AT VIV CYCLE

We got the girlies together for a pink and red themed galentine’s day spin class at Viv Cycle followed by mocktails.

A super fun afternoon that kicked off with a versa climber class followed by Sweetgreen bowls, vendor stations and a swag station with custom DenFit bags.

Our largest outdoor event with a 45 min sculpt class, swag bags, and various flavored iced matcha lattes and desserts from Milk Tea People.

We led a 5k walk around Sloan’s Lake with complimentary juice samples, lattes and a fun “get to know you” bingo with a prize at the end .
